🇲🇽 Day 1: Cancún, Mérida

  • Free time in the afternoon with the suggestion to visit the Maya World Museum independently
  • Evening “Sacred Stones” sound and light show (transportation included)
  • Overnight stay in Mérida

🇲🇽 Day 2: Mérida, Izamal, Chichen Itzá, Río Lagartos

  • Boat tour (over 2 hours) through the Rio Lagartos biosphere reserve
  • Wildlife observation, including crocodiles in mangroves, numerous bird species, particularly pelicans and pink flamingos
  • Opportunity to experience mineral-rich mud treatment with high concentrations of sulfur, minerals, and salts that work as natural skin exfoliants
  • Visit to Valladolid, the third-largest city in Yucatán, with a charming historic center
  • Suggestion to have lunch at one of the restaurants in Valladolid’s main square
  • Exploration of Cenote Choj Ha, managed by the local Maya community
  • Short jungle trail walk to visit the dry cave and a swimming opportunity in the beautiful underground lake of the wet cave
  • Return journey to Cancún
