Day 01 – Paris/Giverny/Rouen/Arromanches-les-Bains/Caen

• Transfer to the hotel (not included). The tour will start around 7:30 am. Please plan accordingly the flight to Paris.
• Begin the tour to the Normandy Region.

Note: The House of Claude Monet is not open from November to March.

Day 02 – Caen/Mont Saint-Michel/Saint-Malo/Dinan/Rennes

• Travel to Mont Saint-Michel in the Normandy Region. Free time to walk around and visit the Abbey.
• Begin the tour to the Brittany Region.

Day 03 – Rennes/Angers/Tours/Villandry/Amboise

• Begin the tour to the Loire Valley Region. 
  • Angers 
    • Optional: visit the Apocalypse Tapestry located in the Château d’Angers castle.

    • Château de Villandry (castle). Ticket included.
  • Amboise 
    • Dinner included.

Note: sometimes, the hotel might be located in Tours instead of Amboise due to the limited availability.

Day 04 – Amboise/Chenonceaux/Chambord/Limoges

• Continue the tour through the Loire Valley Region.
  • Chenonceaux
    • Château de Chenonceau (castle). Ticket included.
  • Chambord
    • Château de Chambord (castle). 
• Begin the tour to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. 
  • Limoges.
    • Optional: Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Limoges (Gothic Cathedral Quarter).

Day 05 – Limoges/Montignac-Lascaux/Sarlat-la-Canéda/Beynac-et-Cazenac/Rocamadour

• Continue the tour through the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region.
  • Montignac-Lascaux
    • Lascaux International Center of Parietal Art (museum). Ticket included.
  • Sarlat-la-Canéda
  • Beynac-et-Cazenac
    • Château de Beynac (castle). Ticket included.
      • Scenic view of the Dordogne Valley from the castle.
• Begin tour through the Occitanie Region.
  • Rocamadour
    • Dinner included.
    • Optional: take the Chemin de Croix (The Way of the Cross or Via Crucis).

Day 06 – Rocamadour/Padirac/Collonges-la-Rouge/Saint-Émilion/Bordeaux

• Continue through the Occitanie Region.
  • Padirac
    • Gouffre de Padirac (caves). Ticket included.
• Travel back through the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. 
  • Collonges-la-Rouge.
  • Saint-Émilion
  • Bordeaux

Note: the Gouffre de Padirac is closed from November to March, and it could also be closed due to severe weather conditions.

Day 07 – Bordeaux/Paris

• Bordeaux City:
  • Miroir d’eau (Water Mirror) 
  • Bordeaux Old Town
  • Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux
  • La Cité du Vin (museum)
    • Scenic view of the Garonne River.
• Travel to Paris on a train. Tickets included.

Note: the trip by train to Paris is done without a guide. Please carefully check the train schedules due to possible last-minute changes.

Day 08 – Paris

The tour ends in Paris. Optional: reserve extra hotel nights per request.
