Day 01 – Istanbul

Transfer to the hotel included. Free time until the tour guide contacts you.

Day 02 – Istanbul

• Scenic view of Istanbul
  • Suleyman the Magnificent Mosque (the largest in Istanbul)
  • The Walls of Istanbul
  • Golden Horn
  • Kumkapı – Fishing Quarter
  • Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque
  • Topkapi Palace Museum complex – Sarayburnu (Seraglio Point). 
• Afternoon is free
• Transfer to the Taksim neighborhood.
• Optional: take an old tram to Galata Tower.

Day 03 – Istanbul

• Boat ride on the Bosphorus strait for about two hours in a private boat (if the group is too small, you will do a walking tour).
• Passing by the two bridges that connect Europe and Asia.
  • Bosphorus Bridge
  • Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge
• Panoramic view of the Palaces of the Sultans.
• Panoramic view of the Ottoman Palaces.
• Free time the rest of the day.
• Optional: shopping in the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world.

Day 04 – Istanbul/Ephesus/Kuşadası

• Travel to Ephesus; along the way, view of the Anatolia Peninsula.
  • Basilica Of Saint John (ticket included).
  • House of the Virgin Mary.
  • Ephesus Archaeological Site (excavated remains of a temple, theater & library).
• Travel to Kuşadası; along the way, view the Aegean coast.
  • Visit the stores, bazaars, and a small castle.
  • Dinner included.

Note: during high season, the hotel will be in a nearby town.

Day 05 – Kuşadası/Izmir/Bursa/Istanbul

• Travel to Izmir (the third largest city in Turkey). Time to explore.
• Travel to Bursa, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Time to explore.
• Travel to Istanbul.

Day 06 – Istanbul

Tour ends. Optional: reserve extra hotel nights per request.
